The E-Learning Manager Skill set will be used to define what skills and knowledge an e-learning manager should possess.

• The Skill set will be structured according to skill set standards outlined in the EQN guide (chapter 2 part 2 – European Qualification Network).
• The Skill set will be configured according to the the skills set in the EU Certificates portals (European Exam Portals)
• The Skill set will also be instrumental in providing support in the generation of skill profiles for learners.
• The online course will based on the published skill set models published as quality criteria for accreditation by the EQN (European Qualification Network) and the EU Certificates Association.
• The Skill set will be configured in the European exam portals and skills assessment portals of the EU Cert initiative.
